Just received this as change when buying lunch, the lady told me that it's apparently the old $2 note. Is it valuable or like is it common? Cuz I have literally never seen it before. Would people pay for this? Or is it worthless

Went to work this morning and was greeted with this at Raffles Place MRT. The poor MRT staff and cleaners was working hard to contain situation. At least it seemed to be fresh water and the train worked fine.

Where can I find Good Biryani (not doused in Curry)?
One with actually flavourful rice. I know Bismillah gets a lot of flak, especially with their association with the Michelin Guide, but their rice is actually nice. Their proteins are rubbish though and the prices are high. Most friends I know recommend Biryani places with the rice not tasty and also drenched in curry. I feel this defeats the purpose of eating a biryani.
