Transport ministers and their bosses need to have the iron in them and the courage to go in and fix issues even if it means making enemies within their own club. Instead of trying to adjust expectations downwards and create excuses.
Even after pouring billions and billions into upgrades, new train sets, new systems and brand new recently commissioned lines. Reliability dropped… one can only deduce that it’s a management problem?
meanwhile the silence from govt is deafening… good play by them for not having parliament seatings for so many months so they can just chill and earn free money
Unacceptable considering that we are hugely disincentivised to own a car, and private hire prices borders on unreasonable pricing at times.
