For OP, its the day something has gone terribly wrong. For us who takes circle line everyday to work, its Tuesday.
Something was actually wrong. They shut down 2 escalators to slow down the descent of people onto the platform, and staff were shouting to go around and take the stairs. I just got off the train after getting on at Serangoon. Thankfully my train moved just fine. But it’s apparent that earlier on there must have been delays that led to a backup of passengers.
Stuck at serangoon too
