I think the media assessed the situation and felt that releasing the race would have been far less severe than having to deal with hiding it. These kind of people are real assholes. Our racial harmony is built on tolerance and understanding. As a Malay dude who is married to a Chinese and have in-laws who are extremely thoughtful of me, I value what we have in Singapore.

Multiculturalism harmony is something not to be taken and I hope a strong deterrence sentence would be passed to send a clear message across should the fella be found guilty. Simply no place for such stupid acts.
Good. We were all (most of us anyway) brought up to respect all religions and cultures. Don't mess with this basic tenet of our society.
